A cycle is characterized by energies and frequencies, each cycle, whether individual or collective, being unique. At the beginning of the cycle, the creative forces are expressed which install the forms through which consciousness will experience matter. Afterwards, the maintenance forces take over during the middle of the cycle. Then at about the last third of the cycle, the divine forces of destruction begin to undo the creation and remove what needs to be purified. This phase of accomplishment completes the cycle by destroying everything that becomes obsolete and will no longer be used in the next cycle to come. It is a painful but purifying step, because it will allow the new cycle to begin on a healthy and purified basis.

First reason: Some of the forms begin to crystallize and stiffen, the energy landscape begins to be disrupted by the divine forces and the new influences of the new cycle arriving. It is at this moment that it is possible to make links with the psychological; because entire sections of our lives may find themselves condemned to disappear or at least to experience a phase of decline. What was glorious and important becomes, for no apparent reason, stale and destroyed. These forces of destruction manifest themselves at both individual and collective levels. The normal reaction may be to want to resist these phenomena which seem unfair and terrible. And so many people may react by panicking and resisting the New wanting to sweep away the old so they can incarnate.

Tendencies of violence and resistance can then be created in order to preserve the known, to fight against the New because it can then be considered a threat.

Second reason: all the memories of the cycle, the unfulfilled, all the positive and negative aspects suddenly emerge and express themselves brutally in our lives. At the end of the cycle, everything that needs to be purified and released comes out. This is a time of great cleansing and great potential liberation. But it is also a moment when all the old conflicts, the unsaid and the most negative aspects of the cycle re-emerge and are incarnated externally.

It is a moment when extremism and fanaticism can be expressed like never before, when old anger and old conflicts return. How can we become aware of what remains unknown and unmanifest? When memories are awakened, the conflicts of our ancestors emerge. They can finally be revealed and therefore potentially made conscious and liberated.

These two reasons:

– the resistance of the old

– the awakening of memories

can generate a lot of anger and frustration and lead to multiple conflicts and the emergence of extremism and fanaticism. The trap would be to feed these energies. The risk would be to fall into these conflicts and be drawn into them and even disappear with them. There is a real opportunity for liberation in becoming aware of this period of revelation and purification. Instead of nourishing the old through multiple conflicts, let us put our life force at the service of the New.
