A spiritual life implies interiority as the cause of reality. There is never conflict or tension against people or situations, but rather a mental concept about people, circumstances, conditions. The source of anger and conflict is within us, the solution is also within us. Wanting to change the exterior is a dead end.

All conflicts must be resolved within consciousness, in the interiority of being. It is no longer a question of reacting based on the appearances of the world, but from the center of one’s being.
