If what is above is like what is below, and if the outside is like the inside: then every physical aspect of our lives must have a subtle similarity, each form its reflection in the invisible.

If every aspect of us reflects our depths, then bodily hygiene has equivalents on the psychic and spiritual planes. Good psychological and spiritual hygiene would have to do with our psyche and our soul, and would be composed of these elements:

– restrain your ego: the ego can also be called the little me. It is useful to our life to put our thoughts into action and individualize ourselves. But if its place overflows, then it is the triumph of pride, of the egoistic and individualistic aspects. He must act in the world, but be under control.

-be kind: our thoughts and emotions are like projections into the invisible, they come back to us through the reactions of those around us and our frequencies which build the world. Kindness radiates positive frequencies and sends its echo back into our relationships.

-avoid doing harm, even in thought: our thoughts create our reality, our actions create relationships. It is these two aspects of our psychological and physical behavior that can, if maliciously, create an adequate reality and potential for bad experiences.

-have personal limits and self-respect: self-esteem creates limits to abuse, predation and toxic relationships. -put traumatic emotions in their rightful place: emotions are part of the astral plane, they are therefore a source of information and force us to let ourselves be taught and transformed by the intensity of emotions and suffering. But allowing yourself to be absorbed and drowned by these traumatic emotions makes any possibility of evolution impossible. Jesus walking can be interpreted as a metaphor for the spirit above the emotional.

-believe in a higher divine will: this can transform each step of life and allows us to gain perspective on events from a much higher impersonal perspective. And bring comfort and meaning in the face of life’s trials and sufferings.

-develop positive attitudes that do not create negative reactions or expectations: compassion, gratitude, bliss. – allow yourself and develop moments of inner emptiness through practices such as meditation, contemplation…
