Nature expresses its energy and all its facets without regret or remorse, without preference or opinion. Humans should learn and be inspired by it. Death, destruction and sadness are as much aspects of reality as are life, creation and joy. The destructive forces of nature are as necessary as the forces of construction. In order to create the New, we must first make the old disappear.
Life depends on death. It is the eternal and universal cycle of birth – growth – climax – decline – death. And then the cycle begins again : birth – … Everything depends on our position in the cycle, if the majority force expressing itself in our individual and collective lives is birth or death, growth or decline.
Understanding the meaning of one’s life and the events that occur in it depends largely on these cycles, and one’s position. But the linear approach to time greatly obscures this cyclical perspective of existence.
Modern society fails to recognize the cyclical nature of our reality, denying individuals the opportunity to fully understand creation and their place within it. And also takes away their ability to create and act based on this cyclical reality.
The one who knows the cycles, knows his position within the cosmos, and has additional crucial information in order to be able to act on his destiny.
